Hi all Few words about FOSDEM. We do have the stand, and Anurag had a lightning talk approved, so we are present. Now about sensitive side. I was hoping, that we will do it same as with Prague, a doodle some time in advance, asking who wants to come, and then fitting into budget.  But we had the budget being confirmed a bit later that was wished for, now it is confirmed, but it will still take time for us to get money physically. So with "who goes" status is such:  We are using some leftovers of Prague budget to pay Anurag's visit (talk approved + he was to be in Prague, but could not) + Fedya (same reasons). For all the rest, who wish to go: yes, we should have money to reimburse, but until we have money on our account, the council can not guarantee it 100%. Risk is low, but. Yes, we are overcautious, but better so. So if you have a wish to go and ready to take this risk, paying now and having no 100% guarantee of reimbursement, please email to Jean-Claude, me and Raph. For the moment 4 people have booked for the trip on these conditions: Jean-Claude, TPG, Bero, me.  Sorry that it happened so this time, we are working on having another personal meeting soon as well, so this is not "the last chance" in any case. Also, if you have any experience with chinese manufacturers of USB sticks and stickers - advice would be most appreciated. We found some nice offers (to be paid privately for now as well), but it looks like there is a risk of the scam:( Cheers - questions and comments welcome
