Hello to all

Raul Liota da Rosa will be registring us for FISL to be present with the stand (budget not arrived yet, but there is some time, should be OK).

At the same time FISL has same thing as FOSDEM : http://softwarelivre.org/wsl/2014/chamada-de-trabalhos

We could present progressive things, which we have. Presentation done in portuguese would have more impact, but it can be prepared in English and then translated and presented somehow commonly - doable, if wished.

DEADLINE for presentations submissions for FISL is 8th March. Before then we need to evaluate ideas internally - since making and sending presentation means that 99% the author goes there, and this is linked with both budgets and our presence at Linuxtag in Berlin during exactly same days.

Please give a shout, if you think you want to be presenting.

Cheers

Kate,

The register you are asking for us to help, is the registration of the OMA as a group of users, as it was last year? or just the registration of the participants?

Hello team

We thought of presenting OpenMandriva at FISL this year as well, as we did last year.
For those who do not know: FISL for LATAM is like FOSDEM for Europe

I will make relevant doodles for "who goes" quite soon, though mainly I guess we will have our brazilian members present there, with may be only 1 or 2 people from other places (costs and language)

What we would need to do already quite ASAP is file for registration. Remembering last year, I know that it is much more effective if all communication goes in portuguese.

@brazilian members, who could please take it and start registering us?

Thanks and cheers

Kate
