Yes, as I have not found an accurate translation for RMLL, I made the choice 
of Libre Software Meeting for people who cannot speak french.
The french name is Rencontres Mondiales du Logiciel Libre. I wanted a place 
where developpers of the world (Size of internet) can not only work , eat, 
drink and laugh together but also meet people they don't know.

We have not often an immediate result, but some years later, we kown that new 
projects were starting or joining during LSM.

To work with somebody you know in real life is very different of somebody you 
know in Internet. This is reason why the word Meeting/Rencontres is the most 
important in the name of the event.
