We make a point in only updating from the master mirror, the central
distribution machine. This is not the one that creates the repository,
packages, indexes, etc; it's the one that does distribution only.

So, is mirror.rosalinux just T1 mirror or the central distribution
repository?

We don't want to depend on another mirror, so that we're not affected
by any problems with it.
