I've found a couple of odd things that could be related to odd LO
behavior (e.g. libixion linking to boost 1.53 while we're shipping 1.55,
liborcus calling into boost-system without linking to it directly) and
am fixing those, but I don't see how 2nd startup would work if that sort
of thing was the problem.
Either way those are things that should be fixed, so good to have a fix
even if it doesn't fix the problem we're trying to solve.
