Actually i just checked and pubkey is present in all repositories. To check what may cause such problem i suggest: 1) Clean urpmi cache 2) remove and add mirror from scratch ( to ensure that key is imported, even if it was missing before ) 3) Try installing packages with --debug and --test and in case problem persists, paste the exact mirror, where packages are downloaded for
