german Computers Centers of big Cities and University for Hosting ..
the same in the Europen Lands and in the whole worls, where can hosting,

the next years not change the adress.. you see.. this is more important ..
for have an an ftp-adress who can switch.. or reroute by OM ..

for have the possibility to reroute the adress to an other space ..
and the Providers like Universitys and Datacenters don't need
put an work into it..if the are it mirrors
