Note also that there was a small error with "evr vs EVR" in urpmi after
my last commits that also sometimes led to test failures (this happened
just before the 'moondrake' intrusion). Thsi should be fixed now.

We need to remove distro-release-OpenMandriva-2013.0-omv2013.0
from repos.
And rebuild distro-release again.

Let's just run a mass rebuild once it's fixed -- Cooker hasn't
had a mass rebuild after the latest compiler changes anyway
(we've done that only for 2014.0 so far)
