you should use ncurses-devel instead of termcap-devel which will sort the build.

the gtk2-devel provide was dropped a while ago when mdawkins was spring cleaning i think.

same thing with pkgconfig(gtk+-2.0), gtk2-devel a.s.o


same git/branch different builds...
Maybe regen the hdlist can help , just a guess .
