I did fast review and found what we can use:
EU-Brazil Research and Development Cooperation in Advanced Cyber
Infrastructure
- EUB 3 -- 2015: Experimental Platforms (page 94)
Financing up to EUR 1 500 000. It is small program, but we have a
small team.
Maybe other programs can be used. Review please too!
Horizon is a next series of EU Framework Programs. There was a
presentation at FOSDEM about it -

I was participating in one of EU FP projects in the past; believe me,
this is not easy at all for OMA to get into it:) The major factor is
that we need some real partners from industry/academy which we can join
(and which would take the most bureaucracy tasks). I'm afraid OMV
maintainers/developers can't provide much help here...
