I'll try to follow, but not easy as I'll be travelling, and seeing a doctor.
If ever I can't be active, here are some of what I'd like to say :)
1) I think it's a good set of milestones. (we have time), however I agree
some people that said we should have 2014.1 2014.2 sub-releases.
2) Not only we should debate, but we should imply more community this time
for next major release. A lot of decisions have been taken quickly for
2014, that led to almost no public consultation. For example, what features
they consider the most important, do they want a server release, do we use
by default fullscreen homerun etc. Joao could certainly take care of it,
and I'll like to participate in it too.
3) #14 No particular opinion, but I think it should be interesting to make
a public poll (Joao and Rugyada could work on it)
#33 I'd particularly support ditching the name "contrib" which has no
meaning today, but to keep the process simple.
#70 it seems particularly important to have a separated component in
bugzilla for non supported package (not main, ie contrib/extra...). IMHO
the Rosa bugzilla is better done, even if not perfectly fitting our own

IMHO we have too many (useless) components. Like Rosa, it would be better
to have a generic "bugs" component, and a "main" and "extra/contrib"
component. The triage person should then move the tickets from bugs
component to "main" or "extra".
#43 Instead of WONTFIX, could we mark the distribution as "not
officially supported", however the "extra/contrib" team is free to
improve/fix it?
