I am very exhausted with infinite job on cooker packages. First, I'll fix
one package and then someone else breaks another.

Let's take a look closer

crisb updated package rpm5
https://abf.io/build_lists/2377030
Well, good beginning, why not make rpm5 update.
But what we (mostly i am) got in results:

"Wrote: /builddir/build/RPMS/python-pyinotify-0.9.4-9-omv2015.0.noarch.rpm

Child returncode was: -11
EXCEPTION: Command failed. See logs for output."

Well looks like last rpm5 update ruined all armv7 builds.

example build list: https://abf.io/build_lists/2377419

Crisb:

Well if you did update for IMPORTANT package and with latest commit
you break something, please take a care of issue or revert your
changes. I'm very tired with fixing others mistakes and i haven't a
lot of time to revert and fix this crap.

I spending 90% of my time to fix others issues and mistakes, don't
ruin my job and if something does not work at least just try to ask me
how to reproduce local ARM environment.
What i need to do now? I need to look what's happened with rpm package
and i rly don't want to do it. I have bit more actual tasks and jobs.

Summary:

1. Latest update breaks something for x86 or ARM *don't leave it broken*

2. If you don't know how to reproduce it *ASK ME* (fedya at #openmandrvi-cooker)

3. If you dont' want ask me *revert you changes*.
