Oh, I don't think we should sell flash drives or DVD's for 49.99. That's
ridiculous. I can see OMA doing it for a small price to cover cost of
production and a small amount for fund raising. Like $10 or so. The purpose:
1. Foremost simply publicity and gaining more users. Enlarge community
and awareness of our community.
2. Convenience for those who don't want to burn their own.
3. And a wee bit of fund raising to keep association solvent and viable.
Simply being on websites like amazon.com and ebay.com will generate
publicity and awareness.
Also there may be other things to sell on Amazon, eBay, and the like
such as coffee mugs, t-shirts, ect. I'd buy a t-shirt maybe a set of
coffee mugs as well...
This distro shall always be available for free. That's a must. Isn't
that in our charter?
