I downloaded and burned cooker minimal .iso (build 8417) and it boots

Is there a command to get it to install?

Ben,
You could try draklive-install but ti will probably fail.
If you get graphics for the installer you have a chance.
If you do you will have to create an empty file /etc/minsysreq.
You may also have to modify the draklive-install scripts to suit bsdtar.
to do this look for tar command in the installer change 'c' to 'cv -' and 'xvv'
to 'xf -' and save this should make the installer work.
Finally before doing any updates add binutils to /etc/urpmi/skip.list
Best,
Colin
