Personally, I use mc in all our servers. Usually, It's the first soft
I install.
But, if somebody feels himself fine with a graphical "mc-like" for his
own local machine, it's his freedom.
Though, I understand that we (not me, the TC) must focus on a stable
and well running distro first, I don't see any philosophical reason to
refuse to make a gpl package available (manpower is a good non
philosophical reason).
PS: yes, sunflower doesn't work always very well and I never had any
trouble with mc.

Dolphin does this also , would be enough to configure it , beside
mc ( witch is the best ), I don't get it
what is the big deal with all those doubled panel file managers?
Clone of this, and clone of that.... really I don't get it...
Is there somebody that really knows/use mc suite ? What's wrong
with this:

Hi,
i want suggestion you are an Program what it is in WinNT very highest usable
and an Open Source and GPL equivalent to Total Commander,
It is named Double Commander and can use the Total Commander Plugins make
more as only the Dolphin or Konqueror ..
It works in QT & GTK also, so in Linux !
This lil nice peace of software it is this Soft , like i did say an Total
Commander Clone
and it let feels the peoples more like at home in Linux if we have this
software also include.
Parenthetically/additionally , i have buy's the Windows Commander, it was
before the Original name
from Total Commander with 15 DM on this time in the past ..
it was something around 1987 around ? How ever, I have learned to appreciate
and love the TC !
it is also domething for the Admins under us and works in Xorg
how ever, i want get you some screenshoots , homepage and the sourceforge
page:
Homepage :http://doublecmd.sourceforge.net/
Sources :
http://doublecmd.sourceforge.net/mediawiki/index.php/Development#Getting_the_source_code
and Screen shoots :http://doublecmd.sourceforge.net/static_gallery_mirror/
https://www.google.de/search?q=double+commander&biw=1651&bih=800&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=JUmpVKefKYbVygP9roKgDw&sqi=2&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ
Double Commander it is highest Customizable !
it want not bad, if we add the icon from Double Commander on the Desktop..
Why, Double Commander it's really well for administration and maintaining
from Files/Folder and file system,
editing in Gui/Xorg, Files with an own texteditor something like mousepad
but internal and many many others ..
There is certainly many positive notice if this icon on the Desktop or
Favourites in the start bar is.
tja, today it is the mainstream for go on Gui and Double Commander Support
the mainstream .
and by side, can we help Double Commander for more popularity and Double
Commander
can help OMLx also.
want be really well, if DC include in our Linux .
in both programming languages, GTK and QT .
best regards
Blacky
