COMMANDS
  --clean Purge the chroot tree.
--init Initialize a chroot (clean, install chroot packages, etc.)
--shell Run the specified command interactively within the chroot (which must already be initialized -- no 'clean' is per‐
formed). If no command specified, /bin/sh is run.
--copyin Copies the source paths (files or directory trees) into the chroot at the specified destination path. --copyout Copies the source paths (files or directory trees) from the chroot to the specified destination path.

as I've wrote below

man mock-urpm would be more detailed .

It's really easy, and also pretty well documented on rosalab's wiki:
http://wiki.rosalab.ru/en/index.php/Mock-urpm

PS:
I'm just a mock fan just because I'm using it
on other distros, nothing to do with the development whatsoever.
Denis could be more technical here .

Yes. Apologies for being unclear.

The usage case for creating/entering a chroot would benefit from an example
because of the myriad options.

mock-used-to-build-packages is a bit different (and simpler) than populating a
minimal .iso chroot, and documenting a howto.
