i have update my owncloud per hand and have ab error become on the
Admin-page :
PHP charset is not set to UTF-8
PHP charset is not set to UTF-8. This can cause major issues with
non-ASCII characters in file names. We highly recommend to change the
value of 'default_charset' php.ini to 'UTF-8'.
so, it is set or not, i have just not view now, but if it's not settung
up to udf-8,
i think it is recommendet because this modern times
should be setting up the php.ini on utf-8, isn't it ?
just wanted to have a note/reference to bring, for changing this :)
