Changing service Type to forking is not a solution.

Samba 4.1.7 and newer are using systemd sd_notify feature (
http://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/sd_notify.html)
I've changed PIDFile to /run/samba/*.pid and services were running fine.
