Luca, Check for /usr/bin/kdeinit4 if you have this then you are in trouble. For reasons that are not yet clear startkde is using that instead of kdeinit5. See my mail in om-qa. Perhaps try this.. urpme kdebase4-runtime urpme kdelibs-core killall X
