OpenProject was upgraded to version 4.2.1, bringing a variety of new
features and planning tools that we can take advantage of. You'll
notice that visually, not much has changed - however, it has become a
lot easier to manage and organise.

Teams will notice especially that Kanban boards have been added. Here
is an example from Cooker -
https://project.openmandriva.org/projects/cooker/sprints/3/taskboard.
Over the next few days, I will be available to help teams adjust to
using the Kanban format, such as using Bugs and Features as "user
stories" and Tasks for breaking down how to implement user stories.
Versions constitute a sprint, and therefore a separate board, for
OpenProject, so if you wish for assistance breaking down the various
tasks needed to migrate, please let me know. For example, Cooker
should break down their 2015.0 target into a beta, RC, and release
target.

I will be available on IRC or email if anyone needs me. Ping me on
mailing lists for assistance. I am available from 8AM Pacific Time
(USA).

cheers!
Robert
