perl-doc-5.20.3-1-omv2015.0.noarch.rpm
and install, probably you'll have to remove any of the 5.20.3-1.1
packages first (rpm -qa | grep 5.20.3-1.1 should show you which).
we should be more careful when updating perl as it has the potential
to bork everything, as shown today.
it's debatable whether we should have done this change at all during
beta......

I don't see it anywhere either. Maybe that's the problem missing
package/dependency.
