That seems right. If it is in installed-through-deps.list means in was
installed as a dependency of something else and not because you wanted
it, so --auto-orphan should remove it.
If you want it, ask for it to be installed (by running urpmi
kernel-nrjQL-desktop-devel-4.1.12-1omv-1-1-omv2014.0), or remove it
from that file.
