Robert do you need a different server for kahinah?

It's a good idea - it'll be interesting to see how I can implement
that, though. I may just do something where I have a docker container
that I can spin up and run bash scripts in to test whatever is
necessary, exporting all the variables into the environment..
It bears thinking. (Also, I don't want to overload jasper with docker
containers by accident.)

if new packages does not break repository consistency and dependency chain.

So I've decided, just because I'm looking at what there's to be done -
that I'm going to revise the migration plan:
* Kahinah v3, the current instance, will stay where it is and continue
serving updates for 2014.0.
* Kahinah v4, the new instance, will be launched on or close to the
Lx3 release candidate (when lx3 is branched from cooker) at
kahinah.openmandriva.org.
There are a number of changes that make the database schema
incompatible with each other, and it is a lot of work to migrate from
v3 to v4. I can provide the upgrade path eventually, but I'm currently
rushing to push v4 out so that we have something in place for Lx3.
This means that v3 will stop working when Persona deprecates -
I'm hoping we've moved people from 2014.0 to Lx3 by then.
A screenshot of v4 is attached - hope you like the new look!
