Sounds good and would be interesting to have OwnCloud configured though MCC as well. The only problem is that OwnCloud is a server application and personally I prefer to have long support cycles on servers, ideally with a fixed commitment as far as the timeframes are concerned. With OpenMandriva support cycles are shorter but okay for desktop use.

On the server side of things I like ubuntu server but I just don't like the ubuntu desktop. You always know that every two years an LTS-version comes out. The support cycle may be not as long as Red Hat/CentOS but as far as ubuntu-server is concerned it is a great product which is very nice for smaller businesses.

The ubuntu desktop is just not my cup of tea really.

To put it short: We would need longer support cycles if we touched the server ownCloud thing. Thanks for suggesting that though.
