Impossible as it is dead software. Instead of making noise with requests please get in touch with Plasma 5.
As a side note KDE 4 and Plasma 5 have integrated feature to personalise your desktop look. You can download and install many skins or windows decorators or even 3D effects. Just explore systemsettings.
