That's the one I'm concerned about as well - not reproducable here, on
my boxes (including one with a Radeon card - but a different variant)
both 3.0 and cooker are working perfectly and simply won't get any
more ready for release.
I've built Mesa 12.0-rc2 on cooker. So far it works perfectly here (but
so did the previous one). Please test it, in particular if you can
reproduce 1706.
