Swear to higher power I'm stone cold sober. If I look at the list of
packages here I don't see any qt5-qtwebengine or associated lib64 packages:
http://abf-downloads.openmandriva.org/3.0/repository/x86_64/main/testing/
Yet if I enable the main/testing repo and run urpmi qt5-qtwebengine I
see this:
# urpmi qt5-qtwebengine
