Forgot to mention that I can't access:

with the moderator passwd I received from JCL. He has fixed this issue
at least 3 times and it keeps recurring. FWIW: The moderator passwd is
not the same as passwd for my own om-qa-alert account for
[email protected]. Is that maybe the problem?
