Ben, This is most curious I will attempt to replicate next week. Unfortunately I am totally commited until Tuesday. I can understand why it may not see Windows10 this could be something to do with secure boot. Do you have that switched on? I have not investigated the effect of turning on secure boot after installing 2014. I pretty sure you have to do this to run Windows10. Unforch I don't have Windows10 so I can't test that aspect.
