I may not be stating problem correctly but something seems wrong.
Seems task-plasma-5.8.4-0.1 is pulling kinfocenter-4.11.22-7 and
kinfocenter5-5.8.3-1 instead of the matching kinfocenter-5.8.4-1.
Anyway seems odd to me.
