Hi It was me I did a load of testing and it fixed the majority of issues. Things were so broken that Plasma was almost unusable. I still see the occasional task bar lockup so it's not a perfect solution but infinately better than what was present before. This bug has been around for a while it was present in the last but one release of this package. On reflection I probably shouldn't have pushed it through apols. Colin
