I agree with the point about non-specific issues. It is the biggest
problem on our forum IMO. We attract users who want to Post things like
"it crashed why?". I disagree that it isn't useful as it expresses the
frustration a lot of users report with Lx 3. Some people do so more
specifically, If I run across one I'll post it.
Does our forum and maybe our distro attract a higher percentage of
disgruntled malcontents? Sometimes it seems like it.
Our forum definitely attracts people who think we can solve problems
with little or no information. This is very frustrating for me and I'm
sure others.
