the TEI spec contains some wrong, outdated references to OpenMath, which we
should report to them.  But that should first be coordinated here, before,
maybe, an official representative of the OMSoc contacts them.  As you can see
in http://www.tei-c.org/release/doc/tei-p5-doc/en/html/FT.html#FTFOR, quite
some information is outdated:

* They mention MathML 2, which should soon be updated to MathML 3.
* They mention OpenMath and MathML as two different, complementary standards.
  That should be updated w.r.t. the alignment of OpenMath and Content MathML.
* They mention the ancient history of OpenMath (the Esprit project), which is
  probably no longer necessary in that place.
* They link to http://www.openmath.org/V2/standard/index.html and several
  subpages, none of which exists.
