No, as long as the repository is public. Which isn't much of a
restriction for a static Web site.

Bandwidth, no. But there is no guaranteed bandwidth or latency either.
Storage size, yes: 100 MB per file, 1 GB per repository.
Also: Are media-types adjustments possible? (and... some
XHTML-friendliness?)
