Hello, we are migrating scripts from Thruck to Multisite and would like to know where to place our code.
What we are doing is, on acknowledgement of a alarm, we automatically open a ticket in Jira via SOAP calls. Currently we have seen we can mofify the views.py script, we were looking for a cleaner way to do this (more portable). /Alain Chiasson
