I was able to repair my NagVis installation in OMD. It seems like OMD didn't update NagVis correctly when upgrading to 0.56. The file ~/etc/nagvis/apache.conf hasn't been updated and I had to manually overwrite ~/local/share/nagvis with /opt/omd/versions/0.56/skel/local/share/nagvis Now NagVis seems to be working again.
