when starting the site, you need to su into the user of the omd site and do

cd tmp/nagios ; ln -s ../../tmp/shinken/shinken-apache.cfg nagios.cfg

You will probably need to do it every time you start/restart the site.

i also recall you need to use check_submission = pipe in main.mk
