Short answer - No :)

In my setup with livedump we get the notification from the remote
monitoring servers. The livedump data is only used to build a consolidated
view of all installations.
Hostgroups are exported with livedump and should also be visible in your
central server.
It should also be no problem to extend the livedump script with your needs.
