I am trying to install omd-1.20.rhel7.x86_64.rpm on a CentOS7 system. I
have installed all available updates.
When I install omd-1.20.rhel7.x86_64.rpm, I get the following messages:
Error: Package: omd-1.20-rh70-33.x86_64 (/omd-1.20.rhel7.x86_64)
Requires: libmcrypt
Error: Package: omd-1.20-rh70-33.x86_64 (/omd-1.20.rhel7.x86_64)
Requires: perl-Net-SNMP
Error: Package: omd-1.20-rh70-33.x86_64 (/omd-1.20.rhel7.x86_64)
Requires: fping
If I enable rpmforge, I get
Error downloading packages:
perl-Net-SNMP-5.2.0-1.2.el6.rf.noarch: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
libmcrypt-2.5.7-1.2.el6.rf.x86_64: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
fping-3.10-1.el6.rf.x86_64: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
I located all 3 missing RPMs in a el6/dag repository. After installing
them manually, I was able to install omd-1.20.rhel7.x86_64.rpm .
Is CentOS 7 missing some required RPMS, or does the
omd-1.20.rhel7.x86_64.rpm reference some RH6 RPMs by mistake?
Or is there some other repository I should configure?
