The reason may be, that there is no update to the omd-1.10 package. There is only a new package omd-1.20 available. You can work around this by installing the "omd" meta package (available in the consol repository) which always refers to the latest stable release. Then you will at least get the new version automatically. You still have to run "omd update" manually.
