Hi Jean-Claude, you should better ask on check_mk list as this is special to cmk, not OMD - remember OMD is just a distribution/bundle of several peaces of monitoring software.
Whatever... The requested button should appear at top of "Users" module of cmk multisite, not global settings, did you check this?
