Got one system that I'm preparing to upgrade from SciLinux 6.6 to SciLinux 7.1. It currently is using omd-1.21.20150428.rhel6.x86_64.rpm

If I reinstall the server with SL7.1, and install omd-1.21.20150428.rhel7.x86_64.rpm, will the restore work? Same dated nightly version of OMD but going from SL6.x to SL7.x.

A couple of tries later and this doesn't seem to work. I used an SciLinux 6.x system running omd-1.21.20150514 to get the backup. Copied the file over to a system running SciLinux 7.x and the RHEL7 version of omd-1.21.20150514. The restore step goes fine but when I try to run omd start I get:

--------------
Starting rrdcached...OK
Starting npcd...OK
Starting nagios...OK
Starting dedicated Apache for site sitename...httpd: Syntax error on line 102 of /omd/sites/sitename/etc/apache/apache.conf: Cannot load /usr/lib64/httpd/modules/mod_authn_default.so into server: /usr/lib64/httpd/modules/mod_authn_default.so: undefined symbol: ap_log_rerror
..........ERROR
Initializing Crontab...OK

--------------

I'd really like to be able to run a backup off a system running SL6.x, reinstall the OS to SL7.x and then restore the site. Is there any method that will make that possible?
