I usually use this apt source in my monitoring machines: deb http://labs.consol.de/repo/testing/ubuntu [distro] main
When I upgraded to vivid I changed to: deb http://labs.consol.de/repo/testing/ubuntu vivid main I discovered there were not vivid packages there. (I do not know if they are coming or there is another reason). Soy I found this: http://omdistro.org/doc/compile_from_source and I tried to compile from source. I found this error at "make deb" step: ⟫ make deb [..] make[2]: Entering directory '/home/txemi/txemi/omd/omd/packages/mod_python' [..] checking Apache version... 2.4.10 checking for Apache libexec directory... /usr/lib/apache2/modules checking for Apache include directory... -I/usr/include/apache2 checking for --with-python... no checking for python... /usr/bin/python checking Python version... 2.7 checking Python install prefix... /usr checking checking where python libraries are installed... /usr/lib/python2.7 grep: /usr/lib/python2.7/config-x86_64-linux-gnu/.: Is a directory grep: /usr/lib/python2.7/config-x86_64-linux-gnu/.: Is a directory grep: /usr/lib/python2.7/config-x86_64-linux-gnu/.: Is a directory grep: /usr/lib/python2.7/config-x86_64-linux-gnu/.: Is a directory checking for Py_NewInterpreter in -lpython2.7... no ./configure: line 2984: test: /usr/lib/python2.7/config-x86_64-linux-gnu/.: binary operator expected configure: error: Can not link to python Makefile:16: recipe for target 'build' failed make[2]: *** [build] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory '/home/txemi/txemi/omd/omd/packages/mod_python' Makefile:71: recipe for target 'build' failed make[1]: *** [build] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/txemi/txemi/omd/omd' debian/rules:24: recipe for target 'build-stamp' failed make: *** [build-stamp] Error 2 dpkg-buildpackage: fallo: debian/rules build devolvió un estado de salida de error 2 debuild: fatal error at line 1376: dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -D -us -uc -i.git -I.git -iomd-bin-1.20.tar.gz -Iomd-bin-1.20.tar.gz -i.gitignore -I.gitignore failed Makefile:265: recipe for target 'deb' failed make: *** [deb] Error 29 # Any hint on this?
