There is also a check_mk agent for windows PowerShell if you’re a primarily Windows shop and you want others to be able to add-server type commands without needing access to the Linux host.
We use it in our shop and it works quite well. From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Marcel Schulte Sent: Wednesday, September 16, 2015 2:59 PM To: Govind J. If you're not using OMD I'm sure you will be able to tweak it to work in standalone installation. This script is the best chance to get what you want if your check_mk version is older than 1.2.5i6. 1.2.5i6 and later provide WATO web API, documented here: http://mathias-kettner.de/checkmk_wato_webapi.html Beware the action "get_all_hosts" is new and only available in versions of 1.2.7 or after 1.2.6p10. Add host list into this file 3. Read each host and add into wato configuration file Thanks Govind P MASTEK LTD. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Opinions expressed in this e-mail are those of the individual and not that of Mastek Limited, unless specifically indicated to that effect.
