This may be the same problem that has been solved for SLES 11 in June. I
openend a thread on 2016-06-10 as "OMD 1.31.20160610 for SLES 11 SP4:
requirements problem". The rpm was rebuilt, so that all dependencies are
found inside the rpm itself (again). SLES 11 SP4 is at python 2.6.9.

Werner
