Hello, I am using OMD with Check_MK 1.2.3p12and I am not sure why logwatch is not working. I believe I have everything set up correctly in WATO in check_mk. I am trying to monitor logs for linux servers.
I may have deleted a line in global.mk a while back to turn off logwatch but now need it back. I believe that line was logwatch_forward_to_ec = TRUE I tried adding it back in the global.mk file and received the following error in my check_mk site: Error running check_mk --automation create-snapshot -- (exit code 1): Invalid configuration variable 'logwatch_forward_to_ec' --> Found 1 invalid variables If you use own helper variables, please prefix them with _. I can access logfiles just fine in CLI......Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards, Laura
