Whoa I forgot about speedorexoriginal2. Hmmm. Jerry from Omaha started that because we just couldn't get enough! Don't know if Jerry is still around. The group is named for athletes of our three favorite sports: cycling, swimming, running, but is really meant to be a place for pics and discussion of sports. Names from the past and present: of course our own treasure Rexswimguy. He does much more than me, but is always content to play second fiddle. Sometimes I have to make hard decisions or I react without thinking but Rexswimguy is always patient. One time there was a new member who got confused, and another member said, "you know there are two of them." no, Eric Rex and Rexswimguy are not twins but we share a same mind on many things. The groups would not be the same without him. John used to post quite a bit, and I still see him on other groups. Of course, the irresistible Swimdave. Radhose, Jerry from Omaha, Boigen (Adrian), B. Carwood, surfkook, Brad, Brent Rollins, Dennis, Leatherpigboy, Eddie, Gordo, Todd are all names from the present/past and most recently Lee who has that inquiring mind, as well as my friends and fellow moderators on former Yafrorfay. I am just doing this on the fly surely some of you will have names to add. I think it was Todd a few years back who was running a race and we encouraged him on triathletepix. He got the messages when he checked his just before the start and was so excited he was able to win his division. So, part community, part email group. Thanks for reading.
