hey joe, was this guy a child actor? his face looks very familiar. there was a kid who used to always play the bully or juvenile delinquent. troy’s face is very similar. just wonderin... cheers!

For those who don't know, Troy Dann had a show on the Travel channel when it first started where he went around the world and did crazy things, mostly with his shirt off. The pics aren't the best quality, and Troy isn't a sport, but he looks very athletic, and nice to look at too.
