Being a government contractor, we have some of the most strict password rules such as 2 capital letters 2 numbers and a special character that must be consecutive. and to make it more difficult they force a change every 30 days, and must not be similar to your last 6 passwords. Needless to say it is quite difficult to keep a password in mind, but harder to hack into.
