Subject: Re: [omnisport:18399] WEEKEND WARRIORS: U.S. Military

Oh, nein, I don't want to start a political discussion, I hope those good
members of the military receive what they deserve, I wish there were none of
these horrible wars being fought out there and I hope those wars to come never
develop to a massive extent. I wish military tasks were only directed to
support civilians, etc., and I am glad to live in a non-militarist country.

I love uniforms too, AJ, but I have my own personal issues with militar
uniforms and soldiers in general and associations done to them such as heroes,
where I would rather call them "victims", but that's another topic we rather
keep out of this forum, as you propose.......

Some of the pics Lee posted were great, though, thanks my dear Lee

And to distract the attention from such a disgusting topic, I send you here one
of my favourite French Rugby players, Maxime Medard

Au revoir :)

Well, theres a little difference between the army, the concept of an army,
the way an army works internally and a soldier in an uniform, a plain symbol of
power, manlyness, strength and testosterone.

Whenever I meet a man in an uniform, I'm just melting like butter in his hand
and becoming a will-less victim for his desire.

Having done my military service, I know how inefficient and pointless its
internal leadership and structures are, absolutely not achieving what the
purpose of an army is supposed to be: defending your country, provided you
think your country should have an army. But that's another topic that can cause
flaming discussions (please keep'em out of this group)

Having said this, I still can't fight melting like ice in the sunshine in
front of a soldier, a doctor or a police man..... sigh!
